The Ribs The Ingredients: For the Sauce: BBQ sauce - 3/4 cup (180ml) Ketchup - 1/4 cup (90ml) Brown Sugar (packed) - 1/4 cup (55g) Vinegar - 2 tbsp (30ml) Worcestershire - 1 tbsp (15ml) Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup (60ml) Allspice - 1/2 tsp (1g) Oregano - 1 tsp (1g) Salt - to taste Pepper - to taste Hot sauce - to taste For the Ribs: Pork Ribs (any cut) - 2lbs (900g) Salt - to taste Pepper - to taste The Directions: Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a shallow pan with tinfoil - the tinfoil isn't completely necessary, but it helps a lot with clean up. Place ribs in the shallow pan and season with salt and pepper. Bake the ribs for 15 minutes. Mix the sauce by combining: BBQ sauce - 3/4 cup (180ml) Ketchup - 1/4 cup (90ml) Brown Sugar (packed) - 1/4 cup (55g) Vinegar - 2 tbsp (30ml) Worcestershire - 1 tbsp (15ml) Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup (60ml) Allspice - 1/2 tsp (1g) Oregano - 1 tsp (1g) Salt - to taste Pepper - to taste Hot sauce - to taste Mix well. After 15 minutes flip the ribs, season the other side with salt and pepper and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove ribs and transfer to crockpot. Cover with sauce and cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy.
